The Met Gift Shop

The books and media area is as complex as you could expect; here you have Met publications, exhibition catalogues, art history, general art books, technique and reference, history and culture, religion, holiday, architecture and travel, children’s book (let’s not forget the little ones, they are the adults of tomorrow), music cd’s, dvd’s, teachers ‘materials and book sets. Surely there is a center of interest for you in all these possibility of choices.
The wall art section allows you to bring a bit of Met to your home. Here are framed prints and panels, posters and prints, wall décor, Met studio prints and the limited editions zone. The masterpieces are celebrated in these wall art items.

It could not be a gift shop of The Metropolitan Museum if it didn’t have the sculpture department. The most appreciated pieces of sculpture, gathered from all over the world are now for the taking, in different shapes and sizes, and of course materials (bronze, cast stone, marble).
