San Antonio Gift Basket Shops

We have been before to the state of Texas, United  States of America and today we’ll go again, but to a different city – San Antonio. It is the second largest city from this state and also the 7^th largest from the entire country. It has a big population of 1,3 million residents and a total area of 412 square miles (1,067 km²). The city of San Antonio is also the seat of Bexar County and it is located in the northern part of South Texas. It is also the center of Tejano culture (Tejano is a term used to identify a Texan of Mexican and/or Latin American descent) and the center of Texas tourism.

The city has its name after the Portuguese St. Anthony whose feast day is on June 13. San  Antonio is the home of many tourist attractions such as : many Spanish Missions,  the Alamo, the River Walk, the Tower of the Americas, the Alamo Bowl, the Seaworld and Six Flags Fiesta Texas theme parks and many more others. And because all of these, the city is visited by around 26 millions visitors each year. Here there is also the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo (one of the biggest from the United States of America) and the San Antonio Spurs basketball team, which was the NBA champion for 4 times.

There are so many more things to be said about this city, that we’ll need much more than 1 article to say it all. So we’ll just take a few small conclusions about it: it is a large and populated city, with a great and diverse culture and with so many interesting things to be seen by the visitors.
